Reiki Intuitive Energy Healing
What it is. Usui Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice that began with Mikao Usui in the 1920s. Through calm, still hand placements, Reiki helps your nervous system shift out of “go mode” and into deep rest, where your body does its best healing.
Your first session: time to be heard. Your first visit is 90 minutes so we never have to rush. Before we begin, we sit together and I listen: what brings you to healing, what’s happening in your body and your life, and a bit of your story.
What to expect on the table. You rest fully clothed on a comfortable table. I always explain how I work and ask for your consent before we begin. My hand placements follow your seven chakras, the energy centers that run from the crown of your head to the base of your spine. I rest my hands lightly on or just above the head, forehead, throat, heart, ribs, and belly, then finish at the knees and feet to ground you. For the lowest energy centers, my hands stay above the body. I never touch private areas, and you can ask me to adjust or pause at any time.
Personal to you. I bring my own intuitive gifts into every session, so the work is shaped around what you need that day. Many people feel warmth, tingling or a wave of calm, and some drift off to sleep.
Who it’s for. Anyone feeling stressed, stretched thin, or unable to truly rest. Reiki complements care from your doctor or therapist; it doesn’t replace it.
My training. Level 3 Reiki Master, attuned through all three levels of Usui Reiki by Marie Manuchehri, energy healer and author.

Assisted Stretch
What is fascia? Fascia is the web of connective tissue that wraps and connects every muscle, joint, and organ. When it tightens from stress, injury, sitting, or repetitive movement, you can feel stiff or “stuck,” even when your muscles are strong.
What happens in a session. You lie on a padded table, fully clothed, while I move you through gentle, flowing stretches matched to your breath, with light traction to open space in your joints. Never painful. No oils.
What people notice. Greater range of motion, less stiffness, easier posture and balance, and deep relaxation. Great for dancers, pickleball and tennis players, desk workers, and anyone who wants to keep moving well as they age.
My training. Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) was developed by Ann and Chris Frederick of the Stretch to Win Institute in Arizona, and I trained with the founders themselves. I’m certified in FST Level 1, with 20+ years as a dance teacher and movement coach.

Auricular Chromotherapy
What it is. Developed by Dr. Daniel Asis, ACT brings together auriculotherapy (work with points on the ear) and color-light therapy. A small light in specific colors is held on ear points associated with how your body processes stress and emotional memory. No needles.
What a session feels like. You rest comfortably while I find tender points on your ear. You may briefly notice a feeling and where it lives in your body, without needing to describe or relive it. Then I apply soft light to each point for a few minutes. Many people leave feeling lighter and calmer.
Who it’s for. People carrying stress, anxiety, or old emotional weight who’d like support without talk therapy. ACT complements care from your doctor or therapist; it doesn’t replace it.

Partner Dance for Beginners
Never danced before? Perfect. I specialize in absolute beginners. We start from the very beginning, at your pace, so you can find a fun, social hobby you’ll love.
How I teach. You’ll learn the basic steps of each dance, plus the foundations that carry into every style: frame, musicality, alignment, where to put your weight, and how to lead and follow. That way you can walk into any dance hall and feel confident getting started. As my student Robert puts it, I’m not just teaching him steps; I’m teaching him how to be a dancer. I teach every lesson myself through my own partner dance business, Dance Your Heart Out®.
By video, too. Solo coaching on turns, alignment, posture, and styling, from anywhere.
